These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of uskeliye.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Uskeliye ("we", "our", "us"), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By visiting the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Product packaging, design or accessories may be updated from time to time without notice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
We may change prices, run offers or end offers at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available for your pincode).
In case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, an unserviceable pincode, suspected fraud, or failure to verify a Cash on Delivery order. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund. You can request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us; once shipped, our Refund and Return Policy applies.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Product use and health disclaimer

Our products, including heat massagers and gel eye masks, are comfort and self-care products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results and comfort levels vary from person to person.

Please read and follow the instructions provided with each product.
If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, a pacemaker or other implanted device, sensitive skin, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a doctor before use.
Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you feel pain, burning, irritation or discomfort.
Electrical products must be used with the supplied cable and adapter, kept away from water, and not left on unattended or while sleeping unless the instructions say it is safe.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Uskeliye name, logo, designs, images, text and videos, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, using bots or scrapers, placing fraudulent orders, or posting unlawful or offensive content.

9. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on our Website and social media. We may remove content that is abusive, false or inappropriate.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party services such as payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by them beyond our reasonable control, but we will help you resolve any problem with your order.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uskeliye is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website means you accept the changes.
